Brembo 19 RCS CORSA CORTA RR - Race Replica brake master cylinder
Brembo 19RCS CORSA CORTA RR - Race Replica Radiale Master Cylinder is a further evolution of the radial master cylinder concept, the 19RCS Evolution, the 19RCS with BITE POINT Adjustment.
Many new features have been introduced for this new radial brake master cylinder, the closest to those used in top motorbike racing.
Machined from billet, like the master cylinder used in MotoGP and SBK, the design of the new Brembo 19RCS CORSA CORTA RR has been modified to make it lighter and even more similar to the racing versions.
The hard oxidised finish, in titanium grey, ensures outstanding wear resistance and extremely low friction between moving parts.
It comes in a darker colour than the previous version, precisely because of the type of treatment, making it even more similar to the versions used in Moto2 and Moto3.
MotoGP riders use master cylinders with calibrated and customized IDLE STROKES: with the 19RCS Corsa Corta RR - Race Replica, you can do the same.
Through the adjuster, it is possible to choose the Bite Point (where the lever starts braking) then, the braking feeling.
19 RCS Corsa Corta RR - Race Replica is full adjustable:
- BITE POINT (IDLE STROKE): Three different Maps, R-S-N, the selector operates a cam mechanism to let the user choose between three different responsiveness settings.
- LEVER POSITION: Click by Click You can adjust the Distance of the Lever from the bar and adapt it to your hand or to your needs.
- RCS (Ratio Click System): Lets the rider select a fulcrum-to-piston distance of 18 or 20 mm by simply turning the adjuster screw on the front of the guide lever by 180° with a screwdriver.
This extra adjustment allows the rider to choose between three different bite points of where the lever starts to engage the brake, followed by the brake feeling as the lever is pulled in.
- N (NORMAL) This position ensures the bite point is gradual. Suitable for conditions where there is loss of grip or rain.
- S (SPORT) This bite point is gradual but shorter than the N setting which gives the rider a more Dynamic response. Suitable for fast/sportier riding on road or track.
- R (RACE) This position shortens the initial bite point even further to produce the same immediate response of the master cylinders used in MotoGP , the rider will experience the bite point instantaneously. This setting is ideal and suitable for track days and racing conditions.
This brake master cylinder is universal & will adapt to most popular major bike brands.

NOTE:
This kit requires a Brembo brake reservoir kit which contains all mounting hardware
required to set up this brake master cylinder. Double banjo bolt, washers and brake light micro-switch is included with the 19RCS master cylinder.

For all bikes with a mechanical (cable) clutch , the matching Brembo folding clutch lever is also available and can be found under Brembo RCS Accessories. This will ensure you have the same look and feel Brembo levers. A different option bar clamp with integrated mirror mount is available for naked bikes.
