Each BST wheel is crafted from high-performance carbon fibre pre-impregnated with epoxy resin. Using four variations of fibre weave and modulus, materials are hand-placed with precision to ensure optimal strength, rigidity, and performance. The wheels are then cured under tightly controlled pressure and temperature conditions to form a robust, lightweight monocoque structure.
Every wheel undergoes full CT scanning and geometric analysis to confirm structural integrity and flawless performance.
