A Sintered racing compound for performance road and track use.


These brake pads feature very good friction coefficiency when hot and above all, the stability at high temperatures to allow consistent braking performance from the start to the last lap.


At low temperatures the efficiency of this compound is great therefore allowing for road use with incredible longevity.

I needed to pop into Bunnings and buy a $10 tool to remove the brake pads, but that was easy enough to do. The process of removing the old Yamaha brake pads and replacing with the Brembo ones was simple and fast - perhaps 10 minutes all up. There is no noise (some forums suggest Brembo make weird high pitched noises). I can actually stop on a hairpin again instead of just slowing down. They work equally well when hot (race) or cold (road) which is super important to me as I want to know that my front brakes will always stop me in an emergency. I have discovered that as I am a heavy rider (110kg with gear) by adjusting the rear shock dampener to harder by 2 notches from factory my bike no longer does the front dip when emergency braking (over the handlebar feeling) and I now glide over road bumps rather than softly bumping up and down over them.
