Custom Hand Made to suit: GS, GSX, Z1, F1-TT (Harris , XR69 (Trident Eng.)


Ideally Racefit would want to have the bike there for custom fitment, but due to most peoples location this is not possible. In these circumstances Racefit would build the custom system on one of their own bikes or if needed, source the required bike locally.


All parts required are supplied and include the following:

  • Anodized alloy flanges
  • Collars 
  • Springs
  • Header pipes
  • Collector
  • Link Pipe and silencer with mounting boss on the link pipe as per requirements


All finished in Titanium.


In some cases it may be required for you to make or get made locally the hanger to mount to the footrest / frame. Which obviously Racefit will not guess.


The whole system weighs in under 3KG which looks and sound amazing in person.

  • Complete Titanium construction including all internal parts
  • Brushed (Factory) finish with unpolished works welds
  • NRI / Removable baffle to reduce noise is available separately
